Fit For Losing Weight

Well, here I am back again and now its after the festive season I guess there's plenty of folks gotten more food n drink as they should and now they're hankering to lose some of it! Well, if they're all fired up to shape up, then that's fine. If they're only thinking about it, then I can tell ya right now you ain't gonna shift none of that excess flab not now not ever.

See, you have to do something about it more'n just thinking or dreaming about it cause ain't gonna shift not a single ounce that way! In fact, if yer sitting round on yer lazy butt fretting about how you put on all that extra weight at Christmas, then your probly gonna put on some more!

Ok, what are Jake's tips for getting rid of those Christmas pounds?

First, get off yer fat butt and get walking in the fresh air. Don't matter if its cold, just get out there and do it! Yeah, switch the darn TV set off if you can't bear to miss the last half hour of them advertisements for burgers and coke, man you are a lost case. Only way to lose weight is to move your body and shake them cobwebs away! If you have a pool you can use, indoor and heated if its cold in your neck of teh woods, then go use it! Swimming is great exercise, its fun and it burns the fat!

My other tip is to stop eating junk if you still are and eat some fresh fruit instead. Do you have any idea just how good for you an ordinary, plain and boring apple is? Its very good for you in more ways'n one! Drink lots of water. Yep, that even more boring clear stuff that comes outta the faucet in your kitchen. Know where that is? Sheesh, I bet some of you only go in there cause that's where the fridge is!

So if your gonna get fit for losing weight, do it Jake style with his weight loss tips that work and eat good, healthy food and get some exercise and that all ya need to do for heavens sake!
