Fit For Running

Hey there, I'm back in the writing seat on this computer after I just blew all the dust off it! My last post was Not Fit For Writing, and I ain't making no apologies no more cause I just ain't got time to write too often in here and my other blog about dogs.

So this is gonna be short cause I already spent too long thinking what I was gonna write in the other one and I just finished it. So this is what I do a ton of and that's running.

I run a few miles every day cause in my town there's plenty of open space and we don't get all that much traffic clogging up the air with their damn pollution. That's the thing, you see all these keep fit fanatics running along main streets where all the cars go by and they're breathing in all that shit. But what makes it worse is cause they're exercising they're breathing harder and sucking ion great lungfuls of carbon monoxide and benzene and its more dangerous than smoking a packet of cigarettes a day. Dumbasses!

If you're gonna run, do it where there ain't much traffic cause at least you can breathe in fresh air instead of polluting your self to death quicker an all those lazy folks strolling along!

So that's my point of opinion for today and probably for this year too, cause I can't see me coming back on this thing to write until after Christmas, so see you in 2009 all you fitness fanatics and to all you dumbasses breathing in exhaust fumes, hell get out of the damn city!

Not Fit For Writing

Hell, I keep getting told off for not getting on this machine an writing more stuff in this blog about how to keep fit. Well, that as maybe, but the truth of it is I aint the big writer in the family and getting me to sit and write is tougher than getting a pizza outta the face of a fat TV slob!

Ok, now I gone and insulted fat TV slobs everywhere, but hell, I guess there aint to many of them readin this blog anyhow haha!

Ok, what is my earth splitting fitness tip of the day? ...ok, make that the two months that I said I wouldn't wait last time when I wrote Fit For Dog Walking!

Well, you're gonna like this one too cause its pretty easy and lets face it folks, the easy stuff gets done and the difficult stuff gets ignord! Its a piece of exercise appartaus that most folks got laying about in their homes someplace unless you live in a one story or maybe an apartment on the ground... So here it is... drum roll...

Stairs!

Yep, as weight loss tips go, stairs are great workout equipment cause theyr free and if you aint got them in your home, then there in plenty other places. So what'd ya do with them?

Run up and down them of course dummy! Hell, maybe you thought when I said easy I meant sit on your fat ass and stare real hard at them! Hahaha! Only rattlin ya cage!

Careful if you aint done this fer a while, cause it gets you out a breath real fast and makes ya legs ache at first, so take it easy and maybe do 3 or 4 reps up and down to begin. Do it every day and after a while you can do more and go faster. Then you can pregress onto running up two steps at a time and really feel your strenth improving.

Oh yeah, if you got a heart problem DO NOT DO THIS. Hell, if you got a heart problem go see you doctor, man! An you better start eating right and lay off the pizzas and burgers! And drink plenty of water NOT coke or sodas, that shit'll put you in your grave faster than anything!

Ok, that's my "fit for" tip for today. You know if you want to get smart and start even slower, go into town and check out the parks that have them ramps for wheelchairs. Yep, you can start real slow by running up and down them till your outta breath. Oh yeah, and watch out for folks who need to use them for real, hell theyr ment to be for them so you gotta be courteus too!

Trust your big brother Jake to help you get fit and healthy and while your in the park don't forget to check out the nice lookin members of the opposite sex who'r maybe trying to get fit too! You might just meet your soul mate!

Fit For Dog Walking

Well now I guess some time went by and I forgot all about this thing, then I got a email saying a guy called Rhys commented here - man I had to laugh! Now I'm supposed to link to my last post someplace here - Fit For - there you go!

I been reading that blog of guy called Grizzly Bear and he's making so much sense for folks who want to make some cash from writing blogs and he says to put links in your posts and stuff. makes it easier to find you I guess. Well, that aint for me but my brother Elmar is doing some of that on his blogs so I guess I'll leave all that stuff to him as he's the clever one outta us both! So I just write some stuff in here when I get the time. And that aint been much of just lately!

Anyhow, I spend a good part of my day keeping myself active and pretty fit which is why Elmar told me to start writing this blog so other folks can see what I do and maybe do some for theirselves.

I first got talking about walking my dogs and yep, that's what I do plenty of cause they need the exercise too! Hey, its a plain simple thing for anyone to do is just git yourself a dog and take him for a walk twice or more every day. Depending on how much free time you got.

My thing is free time is precious and I don't want to waste it slouched in front of the TV set like most folks I know getting fat and lazy. It don't have to be that way. Walking your dog is good exercise and its fun too cause you git to see whats goin on in your neighborhood and sometimes I meet up with some dam pretty women walking their dogs too! Oh yeah!

There is always a good reason for doin stuff what gets you out of the house, cause you aint gonna meet no nice women sitting there in front of the TV stuffing pizza in yer face!

So theres my first keep fit lesson of the day. Hell, was that easy or what?

Now you can come back in another 3 months with Rhys and see what else I went and wrote hahahaha! Only kidding. Make that 2 months.... hahaha still kidding.

Fit For

Well howdy there and welcome to my new blog with the coolest name: Fit For. That's cause its all about how I'm fit for exercise and good health, just like it says in the title.

I'm gonna talk about the exercise I do to keep fit and especially walking my dogs all over the place cause that's one of the best exercises I know and the most pleasurable too. I do some riding my mountain bike across country and that's a whole lot of fun.

I don't do no running though, cause that's boring for me, maybe not for other folks but I can't keep it up for too long, so cycling and walking my dogs is the best for me. Oh yeah, I also like to swim, specially when its hot cause that's a lot of fun too. man, keeping fit should be all about enjoying it or it just gets to be a chore.

So join me as I ramble about my dog walking, cycling, swimming and other stuff expoloits in this fit for everything blog.

Man, I can't believe I got that name, that's so cool!
