Not Fit For Writing

Hell, I keep getting told off for not getting on this machine an writing more stuff in this blog about how to keep fit. Well, that as maybe, but the truth of it is I aint the big writer in the family and getting me to sit and write is tougher than getting a pizza outta the face of a fat TV slob!

Ok, now I gone and insulted fat TV slobs everywhere, but hell, I guess there aint to many of them readin this blog anyhow haha!

Ok, what is my earth splitting fitness tip of the day? ...ok, make that the two months that I said I wouldn't wait last time when I wrote Fit For Dog Walking!

Well, you're gonna like this one too cause its pretty easy and lets face it folks, the easy stuff gets done and the difficult stuff gets ignord! Its a piece of exercise appartaus that most folks got laying about in their homes someplace unless you live in a one story or maybe an apartment on the ground... So here it is... drum roll...

Stairs!

Yep, as weight loss tips go, stairs are great workout equipment cause theyr free and if you aint got them in your home, then there in plenty other places. So what'd ya do with them?

Run up and down them of course dummy! Hell, maybe you thought when I said easy I meant sit on your fat ass and stare real hard at them! Hahaha! Only rattlin ya cage!

Careful if you aint done this fer a while, cause it gets you out a breath real fast and makes ya legs ache at first, so take it easy and maybe do 3 or 4 reps up and down to begin. Do it every day and after a while you can do more and go faster. Then you can pregress onto running up two steps at a time and really feel your strenth improving.

Oh yeah, if you got a heart problem DO NOT DO THIS. Hell, if you got a heart problem go see you doctor, man! An you better start eating right and lay off the pizzas and burgers! And drink plenty of water NOT coke or sodas, that shit'll put you in your grave faster than anything!

Ok, that's my "fit for" tip for today. You know if you want to get smart and start even slower, go into town and check out the parks that have them ramps for wheelchairs. Yep, you can start real slow by running up and down them till your outta breath. Oh yeah, and watch out for folks who need to use them for real, hell theyr ment to be for them so you gotta be courteus too!

Trust your big brother Jake to help you get fit and healthy and while your in the park don't forget to check out the nice lookin members of the opposite sex who'r maybe trying to get fit too! You might just meet your soul mate!
