Tips for Slimming and Weight Loss

Well, howdy folks, here I am again in the flesh only this time I'm gonna write this one myself cause John ain't available to write none and I reckon its up to me to keep the blog going along now. Anyhow, I was thinking along the lines of the way folks are always harking on about losing weight and they never do the right things to make it happen. You know, always trying out this or that stupid diet that never works cause they're stupid and eat snacks when they thing no one is looking!

Well, that ain't the way to lose weight and for someone like me who likes to keep hisself in good shape, it don't make much sense to go bout it in that way. Sure, slimming with the best weight loss tips is maybe gonna help you some, but really, there is only one sure fire way to keep yourself in good shape and that includes not putting on a load of fat and that's to get some daily exercise!

Yep, its as simple as that so it makes me scratch my head when I hear folks talking and they are always complaining they are fat, but they are too dam lazy to get off their fat butts and do some work! Come on, it don't have to be hard even. Get yerself a bicycle and ride the dam thing every day if you wanna do something that's fun. Or go to the pool and don't just get in and splash around like a lame duck, swim up and down a few times and you'll be totally amazed at how much fitter you'll start to get in a couple weeks or so.

Hell, just walking fast around the place is gonna fire up your metabolism and if you do some decent exercise like swimming, or cycling or walking =, just make sure you do it like you mean it and your gonna get fitter and hey presto buddy, the weight starts to fall off.

But the best yet is not so much the losing weight part of it, but whats more important is you tone up your body and it starts looking great -- like in great shape especially when you try on that new dress or them new tight jeans. Yep, that's what you do it for, not just so you can see a difference on the bathroom scales.

Anyways, that's my pep talk over an done with for another month I guess LOL! See y'all soon and get them legs and arms working don't ya!
